My husband and I recently purchased a 2017 Highlander XLE. Sam Long, our sales person at Toyota of Tacoma, was accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we looked at several vehicles on more than one occasion. Cal (?) in Finance was a pleasure to work with. He answered our questions, and was very personable. We did not feel pressured to buy additional packages, but he did inform us of what was available to us so that we could determine what was best for our needs.
