Dealership Sales Review
Went to buy a Volvo from O'Brien Volvo and was ignored when I walked in. So I went outside and started looking over the inventory myself; finally, someone came out and asked if I could be helped. I asked two questions: 1) when will your 2021 S60 T6-R arrive? 2) run some ballpark figures on the 2020 S6 T5 in stock for a 36 month lease. Those two questions took two hours to get answered. After not being impressed with that experience, I walked next door to Lexus of Tacoma... a complete 180 experience - I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door being asked how I could be helped. Everyone was dressed in suite and tie and well groomed. My salesman, Alex, introduced himself and extended hospitalities to make sure I was comfortable. I came in with knowledge and numbers in mind of the current national promotion, Golden Opportunity; to my surprise, my salesman, Alex, turned his monitor around to show me he found the deal I was talking about and we were all on the same page. Jason the finance manager took the time to explain the details to me, and I solidified the deal with Ed the sales manager. When I took delivery of the car, the tech advisor, Connor, helped me set up my phone as well as explain the car’s technology to me. This was a very upfront and on the level car buying experience. This is a very professional and classy dealership worthy of a luxury car brand like Lexus. These guys are the bar raisers in the industry - setting the bar extremely high for every other dealership to try and pull themselves up to. Thanks Alex, Ed, Jason, & Connor. Love sporting around in that beautiful and fast Lexus IS 350 AWD F-Sport! (the Sport+ drive mode is so tight!) –cheers!
