Walked in and met Jim Stakkestad, within a few hours of paper work and good conversation, I rode home in a new to pre pre-owned Honda Civic that I truly love. Part of the incredible service was their direct link to my bank and loan office, and to Enterprise Car Rentals, allowing me to just leave the rental at the Auto Nation lot.
