Worst service experience ever, hands down

onWe recently took our Escalade in to get serviced, something we had done many times when Bellevue Cadillace was at its old location. However, with the move came a very different service experience.
First of all, the service assistant called halfway through the day with a laundry list of unneccessary services - totalling upwards of $2,000. Included in this list were things such as replacing the motor in the rear window wiper (even though it works just fine), several different flushing of fluids, etc. All things that certainly were not absolute necessities. After establishing that we would continue only with the requested services plus one added service, we waited for the call to come and pick up our car.
Arriving at the service location, I received the bill and a runner was promptly sent to pick up our car. However, the bill total was an astronomical number and one that had not been mentioned at all by the service assistant in previous calls (including the call to let us know the car was ready). After questioning the total, our service assistant gave me a lot of round robin excuses, all of which amounted to nothing. There was also a blatent lie on the paperwork saying that during the call to tell us our car was ready, the amount (total) was approved. This was absolutely false and there was no excuse for it.
All I can say is a) after the shadiness we experienced, we will NEVER go back and b) if they were that sneaky/conniving about service, I can't even imagine the lengths they would go to when cheating a customer actually purchasing a vehicle from them.
