The process was excellent from beginning until the end. My service Advisor David Goldberg greeted me when I arrived, inspected my vehicle for the reason I bought it in and then recommended service that was needed. I wasn’t able to procure a loaner vehicle when I set up the appointment, but David was able to get me a vehicle the next day. David called me to update me on the progress and also called me when the service was completed. I picked up the vehicle the next morning. David was there and he noticed me pulling in with the loaner. Everything went as I had hoped because we were leaving on our family vacation the next day.
