READ BEFORE YOU BUY. I would like to start off by saying Mike is an awesome salesman, however, the service as a whole by this dealership is the lowest I have ever faced in my entire life. I had my 2023 ID4 for 77 hours before the lithium ion battery fried and I found myself bricked up at a charger. I had to tow the car back to the dealer at this point. This is a 2023 vehicle and they are now telling me the replacement parts will not arrive until July 2024 for a car I bought in November 2023 and on top of all this garbage, they promised me an ID4 as a loaner and this would have made things better. Instead they sold the car they had already promised me as a loaner and now are trying to put me back in a gas car. They were supposed to have the customer relations representative offer me compensation to make up for this [non-permissible content removed] show but she has done nothing but say "we can't do that" which is more along the lines of "we can..... but we won't because we don't want to." This dealership is supposed to be reputable and name brand but they have instead flushed their name down my toilet. JUST GO TO YOUNG DEALERSHIPS. THEY WILL NOT PUT YOU THROUGH THIS KIND TORTURE

Logan, We understand the frustrations with immediate repairs after a purchase. Because the failure is so unique on your Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, Volkswagen sent out a Rep to inspect the cause of failure. There's no way something like this failure could have been predicted or caught prior to selling the vehicle. Parts being on back order is still a very common issue due to the pandemic, but the manufacturer is doing everything they can to produce what is needed and provide it to the dealerships in a timely fashion. As a gesture of goodwill, we did attempt to put you into a used car rental, however the EV available was sold before we were able to do so. We still have supplied you with a vehicle to drive, covering the daily rental rate. Because you do food delivery, we've even waived the fees that are related to using our vehicles for business use. In addition to that, we've also escalated your case with Volkswagen for trade-in assistance, which has since been approved. We understand your frustrations, but our options in compensation or assistance are limited and we are doing what’s within our power to address your complaints. If you are unsatisfied with that, you have every right to return our rental and have your vehicle worked on elsewhere. Thank you!
