onI am starting to think yall don't want return customers . I spend a lot of money there with my altima and to maintain my car I'm paying on. The customer service, not based on today, has gone down of what the advisors usually do. The last time I came in February, I was there 3 hrs for an inspection and the advisor I had didn't let me know what was going on. It was better before when we get updated and because of alot of that not happening'm just getting less and less liking to go to the dealership. If there is a change for advisors not to talk to the customers while wasting, let us know so we won't expect to much. Not only that but when ever I come to change the oil like today or inspection etc. Why o why does someone call me after the fact everytime I come that they want to buy my car. ITS NOT FOR SALE!! when they call act like my bff and do not Introduce themselves. Geez is there hidden diamonds or gold in my car. And don't ask when to follow up. I asked my advisor today to check on a warranty on previous work done and did I get answer, nope. What is going on? What up with th e nagging girl in front of the advisors how she talks to the advisors. Who wants to work to listen to that so early. While customers are waiting, we can hear you.
