Wasnt the best experience

onI was placed in the line for cars with no scheduled appointment even though I had scheduled. Once they realized the error, I was already waiting for 30 min in the line.
During the service I asked for my spare key to be fixed. They have charged me for it and the car key wasnt working when they gave me the car back.
