North Park Subaru

My husband and I were in the market for a larger car that would be good for our family and for a more active lifestyle. We test drove a bunch of cars in our hometown, and while we were tempted by a Hyundai, we wanted to give a Subaru a try. So, we filled out a request online, got a follow up by email, and then someone called to book an appointment for a test drive. We drove to SA, test drove a Forester and fell in love. While our initial contact was with internet sales manager Chad A., we dealt mostly with David S., who was absolutely wonderful. While we definitely decided we wanted a Forester, we weren't sure which model we wanted. Over the following week, we dealt with David by phone, and he answered our questions knowledgeably and without trying to push anything on us. We filled out the credit app online so that by the time Saturday rolled around, all we had to do was drive up to SA, hand over the keys to our trade in, and drive away with our new Forester. We were barely there an hour. This is the third car I've gotten, and the only time I enjoyed the experience. Major kudos to David and Chad, as well as their finance dept, for expediting the process and ensure that we got exactly what we wanted in a timely fashion. Despite being really busy that day, the staff were helpful and didn't rush us. David walked us through everything and handled every single question we threw at him with patience. Thanks!
