onWe took our vehicle in for a 90k service and a safety inspection. They asked for our insurance which is needed for the inspection. After we got home I tried to renew my registration but it said the inspection wasn’t done. I waited 24 hours but still nothing in the system. Called back and they said it wasn’t done. We took it back in this morning to get the inspection done. Called first. Made an appointment. Once there they said their machine was frozen. No apology, no help. Everyone was rude. Very disappointing as we have used they for several years.
