Stay away from this dealership at all costs

onI recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe from this dealership. Deposit was initially made Mon Jan 8 2024 and the purchase was finalized on Tues Jan 16 2024. I have had numerous issues during this time that are still ongoing. Long story short I was sold a brand new car that I paid cash for that had a defective window when I took it off the lot and now has 26 miles on it and now the car won't start. It's not a battery issue. It is currently being worked on. Justin the sales advisor needs a course in customer service. Don't trust him. Lance the service advisor has been the only helpful person thus far for me. I emailed the GM Kelly McMullen on Sat Jan 20 about the litany of issues I have had and it's now Jan 24 and no response or phone call has been made. I'm appalled at this lack of accountability by them. I work in the customer service business and don't expect perfection. I don't expect perfection but at least be accountable for errors and mistakes and communicate appropriately with your customer. Go somewhere else, anywhere else for a car. I will forever regret going there and won't repeat this mistake again. I strongly encourage you to avoid them too.
