Very satisfied with the process and attention that Brandon provided when trading in our 2016 highlander and buying the 2022 4Runner. I think his attention goes back to 6 months ago when I expressed my interest in getting a pick up truck. His non-pressure and providing opportunities to drive and get a feel for the car were of much benefit to us to ensured we bought the right car for us.
