Loved Ben. He made everything so easy for me. I'm a first-time car buyer, so of course it was nerve wracking, but Ben really helped make me feel great about my purchase! The finance guy was a little rude, but I typically just assume it's becasue I'm young. All of that aside, I will definitely be buying my next car from Gene Messer VW.
