I had an amazing experience with Gene Messer Kia in Lubbock. I had Ruben as my sales consultant and he was so patient over the two weeks we were in contact. I was out of state so most everything was done via email, text and phone but was so easy despite that. Although I didn’t end up with the vehicle I originally intended getting; I am absolutely happy with what I got! Thank you!
