I never felt like I was talking to a car salesman. They talked as if making a new friend. They talked about the car features but gave me plenty of time to explore, think & ask questions. Even the one that talked about add on features simply pointed out what other customers had done or wish they had done & got late, then walked away to give me time to think, and when I did not want certain features he just let it go & moved on. I never felt pressured into anything. They also worked to get me a great deal for my credit/budget & made it so I could afford additional benefits. I was highly impressed.
