Manny walked up to me on the sales floor with a calm patient demeanor, which I appreciated. He asked questions to find out what I was looking for. We went on 2 test drives and then we searched for the BMW with all the options I was looking for. I had it with 3 days. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
