Joke of a Repair/Service Department

onAnother Jeep dealership that provides horrific customer service. I received ZERO service tech initiated communication until he sent a text letting me know the cost of my service. All other communication regarding the status of my vehicle was initiated by me. Also found it quite comical that a tire alignment was recommended yet the multi-point inspection report indicated that my tires were "all checked and OK at this time". Not sure why a Powertrain Control Module flash and update took 7 business days to complete. Still trying to figure out where I can get good customer service for a Jeep.
