The service people work and try hard to do the best job they can. They give you the full details of the service and answer all questions. The job is done completely the first time. This next comment is not about the service employees but about Nissan in general. There is a survey they send you with one question about getting your car back cleaner than when you came in. This dealership doesn’t have an automatic car wash so it’s not going to happen. So if you check no on the survey the service people get a ding. That’s not right. Also you can get the car washed but it’s by hand and at a cost of $30. Except for that, service is exceptional.
