Flat tire on a new vehicle - my responsibility?

onI recently visited the Kia service center after experiencing a flat tire, less than two months after purchasing a new car from them. Despite my hopes for a quick and understanding resolution, I was met with the disappointing reality that the tire could not be repaired and instead, I was required to purchase a new one. While I understand that sometimes replacements are necessary, I couldn’t help but feel let down by the situation, especially considering the car’s recent purchase. The service was efficient, but this experience has certainly dampened my enthusiasm. I’ve rated the service with two stars out of five, reflecting my mixed feelings about the quality of customer care and the resolution provided for what seemed like a premature issue.
