Extremely disappointed

onThe individual by the name of Chad who works there has absolutely no reason to ever be employed in the service industry. I spent $3000 dollars at this dealership and was treated like a piece of garbage by this person. I made a blank 2 hour trip because of this person. He absolutely refused to put my car cover on my convertible to protect from the rain and elements until my key came in. This is a task that takes about 2 mins and he said he would have to charge me $167. Furthermore, when the key arrived he CLAIMED to have to charge the battery, which was totally unnecessary and charged $167. His rudeness and lack professionalism was startling because at high end dealerships, customers are usually catered to and treated with much more class than this. I spent over $2200 for a repair and had to bring my car right back( 4 hrs round trip) because they didn't fix the problem and I was charged an additional $700 plus. Extremely disappointed with my overall experience..
