From the first day I stepped onto the lot until I drove off in my dream vehicle, I was treated with the utmost respect and given a first class experience. I was not rushed or pressured, but encouraged to take my time (as I was making a big decision). Jason Jenkins was amazing and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was, also, extremely kind and patient throughout my entire car purchasing process. He answered all of my questions with great detail and made sure I was comfortable with my vehicle before I happily pulled off of the lot. Thanks for the experience and I look forward to working with Bluff City Jaguar for many years.

Great Location - Easy to do Business

My wife and I have bought 6 cars over the last 17 years. Some dealerships drove us crazy but we persisted because the car is what we wanted. My wife has always wanted a Jaguar and we stopped by the other week and were looking at a 2020 F Pace SUV. The car drove like a dream. The salesperson we contacted was very patient with us and took the time to walk us through the benefits of owning a Jaguar. The transaction was very smooth, no car sale games, and we are now very happy with our Jaguar F Pace. It took less than 1 hour to work through the final details and paperwork.

We recently bought an E-Pace from Bluff city jaguar and we couldn't be more satisfied in every facet from the test drive to the knowledge we received on our vehicle before we drove it off the lot permanently. Painless Experience

Prior to buying a Jaguar, I spent over a year looking at different luxury cars. And, 6 months ago I decided to test drive the Jaguar XE gas and diesel versions. Fell in love with those sedans! A couple of months later I went back to test drive the F Pace gas and diesel versions. I knew at that point the F Pace was more suited for my style of driving. During each test drive experience, the salesman was very accommodating and took the time to explain the differences with each vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with him and the entire staff at Bluff City in Memphis. I felt welcomed there and knew it would be a pleasant experience to buy from them. So, I decided to make a deal on a 2018 F Pace 20D Prestige in Feb. 2019. I didn't have any issues in getting the price I wanted, but the finance rate took a little more negotiating...even though I have a very high credit score and zero blemishes on my credit report. In the end, Bluff City made it all happen without causing me to walk away from the deal. Needless to say, this purchase was by far the easiest one I have made when it comes to vehicles. I was just as impressed with Alan (sales rep) on the day I took delivery of the new cat. He came by my home to pick me up and once I signed all of the documents, he spent a great deal of time going over the multitude of car functions. Alan has made himself available any time I've had questions since then..via texts, emails and phone calls. This sort of outstanding treatment is quite new to me since I have never purchased a luxury vehicle before. At any rate, I have been driving the F Pace for 2 weeks and have experienced no issues with the car. I can safely say that if this car is as reliable as I have researched it to be, Bluff City will have a repeat customer in the future. GREAT job by Alan and Bluff City!

I have to admit that I hate salesman and then I had the pleasure of meeting Derrick Chatman. I’ve never seen someone handle two customers at one time and never miss a beat. He had the car waiting at the front door running. Explained the experience before we drove off and he was so accurate in the description. I hope everyone can take notes on his professionalism.

Buying my Jag XJ from Bluff City Jaguar was such a painless process. You always cringe when you think about buying a new car - having to deal with pushy sales people, not having time to look around without pressure, price gouging. So my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when none of the above happened at Bluff City Jag. Michael greeted us after a few minutes of arriving - he did not jump at us as soon as our door was open. He directed us to the vehicles that we were interested in and answered all of our questions. He gave us time to walk around and look and talk. He never pressured us into anything or into any one vehicle. He made it feel like whatever decision we made was okay. He was there to provide information and to answer questions. It was wonderful! Once the decision had been made to go through with the purchase, Michael ran the numbers, my husband countered to what we would be comfortable at and Bluff City Jaguar made it work. There was no back and forth - they were so up front and honest. Bluff City Jaguar (and Sales Consultant, Michael) were amazing. I love my new car and I am so happy to think at how easy they made the process obtaining it. I will definitely purchase again with Bluff City Jaguar. They are by far the best dealership in town.

Not only is the F-Type an exciting and amazing car, but the Bluff City Jaguar dealership makes it even better. The sales process was efficient and low pressure. The sales team did a great job communicating every step and had everything well prepared. Eric was very attentive to detail and really knows the ins and outs of Jaguar the company and he knows the vehicles (not many in sales really do). It was my best buying experience and that is a significant statement when my wife works at a car dealership where we buy most of our other cars.
