Salesman Jason was very professional. Check out was extremely quick which we appreciate. Drove 200 miles to trade with them and will do it again.

Low Coolant light indicated

While driving my car home from a nearby restaurant the big red Low Coolant light symbol appeared on my dash board. I called Jaguar Bluff City and told them that I needed to bring it in to get checked out, the gentleman in the service department told me I could drop it off but that they were backed up and it may take a couple days to get to it and they didn't have any loaner cars available.....so I kinda had no choice but to drop it off, dropped it off on May 17th, 2018, a Thursday, thinking I would be without my car for the entire weekend, but to my surprise, Friday afternoon, Dane, one of the Service Reps. called and said my car was ready, he said it was a sensor issue and that it was replaced...… needless to say, I was very pleased with the quick turnaround, was not looking forward to being without a vehicle and trying to schedule the use of my wife's vehicle when she was not using it...… so thanks Jaguar Bluff City, excellent job. Going Above and Beyond

I had a wonderful experience at Bluff City Jaguar and wanted to let people know. I took the car in to get a cracked windshield fixed (rock hit it on the highway). Not only did they repair the window the same day but they notified me I had a recall on our airbags, replaced them that same day. I came in without a reservation and they fixed everything quickly and gave the car a good cleaning to boot.

Extremely disappointed

The individual by the name of Chad who works there has absolutely no reason to ever be employed in the service industry. I spent $3000 dollars at this dealership and was treated like a piece of garbage by this person. I made a blank 2 hour trip because of this person. He absolutely refused to put my car cover on my convertible to protect from the rain and elements until my key came in. This is a task that takes about 2 mins and he said he would have to charge me $167. Furthermore, when the key arrived he CLAIMED to have to charge the battery, which was totally unnecessary and charged $167. His rudeness and lack professionalism was startling because at high end dealerships, customers are usually catered to and treated with much more class than this. I spent over $2200 for a repair and had to bring my car right back( 4 hrs round trip) because they didn't fix the problem and I was charged an additional $700 plus. Extremely disappointed with my overall experience..

Radio and display screen no longer works

I went to get a airbag replaced. The radio is right next to the airbag in the dash. The next day my radio screen where you operate the air, radio, and navigation start blinking on and off .... the day after that it went completely out. My husband called to inform them and they said it's nothing they can do. I never had any problems with my display screen until the airbag was replaced . Now it dies not work .....so unhappy ...

Best car buying experience

Buying my Jag XJ from Bluff City Jaguar was such a painless process. You always cringe when you think about buying a new car - having to deal with pushy sales people, not having time to look around without pressure, price gouging. So my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when none of the above happened at Bluff City Jag. Michael greeted us after a few minutes of arriving - he did not jump at us as soon as our door was open. He directed us to the vehicles that we were interested in and answered all of our questions. He gave us time to walk around and look and talk. He never pressured us into anything or into any one vehicle. He made it feel like whatever decision we made was okay. He was there to provide information and to answer questions. It was wonderful! Once the decision had been made to go through with the purchase, Michael ran the numbers, my husband countered to what we would be comfortable at and Bluff City Jaguar made it work. There was no back and forth - they were so up front and honest. Bluff City Jaguar (and Sales Consultant, Michael) were amazing. I love my new car and I am so happy to think at how easy they made the process obtaining it. I will definitely purchase again with Bluff City Jaguar. They are by far the best dealership in town.

Best Buying Experience ever

Not only is the F-Type an exciting and amazing car, but the Bluff City Jaguar dealership makes it even better. The sales process was efficient and low pressure. The sales team did a great job communicating every step and had everything well prepared. Eric was very attentive to detail and really knows the ins and outs of Jaguar the company and he knows the vehicles (not many in sales really do). It was my best buying experience and that is a significant statement when my wife works at a car dealership where we buy most of our other cars.
