Mountain View Ford Lincoln

I had an appointment but a traffic accident on the interstate prevented me from making my appointment on time. I contacted Mountain View and they rescheduled my appointment. They were both courteous and helpful. When I came for my appointment, I was promptly greeted, my car was checked in and transportation was provided to take me to work. When the work was completed I was contacted, everything explained and they picked me up to get my car. They have always provided excellent service and I would recommend their service department to anyone.
