onI brought my 2012 650 that I bought from Carvana in for a couple of defects I noticed. Kristen, my contact in the service department, was fabulous. She negotiated fully with Silver Rock, kept me informed nearly daily, and coordinated the repairs needed. I did not meet any of the technicians, but hats off to them for finding some defects I had not detected and for repairing everything so well. I am very pleased.
