I contacted John Hogan at Faulkner toyota thru triple AAA car buying search. I was certain that I wanted a Hybrid Highlander and had test drove it elsewhere. They located a car for me with the specifications I requested. Within 24 hours I purchased the car with a five year extended warranty. I was very pleased with the courteous and efficient service.
