onIn and out in good time. We had two vehicles scheduled for service - 10:00 am and 10:30 am. During the 10:30 am service and inspection, we received a phone call that a person in our family was dying and we needed to leave for Oil City as soon as possible. I explained this to Kim, I believe that was her name, and she spoke to the tech who was already in the process of an oil change and inspection. As quickly as he could, the tech did the work and we were able to leave and arrive in Oil City with enough time to spend with our family member, who did pass away. I appreciate Kim's kindness and willingness to expedite the process, as well as the tech.
