Horrible Sales Service

onSpoke twice to an internet sales rep to schedule an appointment to look at a used Maxima, drove 45 minutes to the dealership to be told that the car was sold a half hour before I got there.
The salesman tried to blame it on miscommunication between the internet sales department and the sales people.
When the papers were being signed for the sale, I should have been contacted on my cell to be informed the car was sold.
The salesman was very difficult, uncooperative and not understanding of the inconvenience and did not try to rectify the situation.
At the minimum, he could have least offered to pay the $3 toll.
Totally wasted a night of car searching due to their incompetence.
