2017 Ford Focus Excellent Experience!!!

I can't say enough about Tom Borah, Steve Wepryk and Colleen Card and their incredible service. My local dealer ignored me and they stepped in from 60 miles away and listened to my needs. The team above at Horsham handled the whole transaction with speed while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. They listened, gave options and worked with me to find a car. They delivered my 2017 Ford Focus Hatchback to me as described at a great price and Steve spent time taking me through all the features before leaving. I am 60 and have bought allot of cars in this was the most amazing car buying experience in all my years. The pride they had in delivering excellent customer service and taking car of my needs was just unbelievable. They treated me with respect and were able to do something that my dealer 10 miles away wasn't able or willing to. Thank you all again, look forward to seeing you when my son's lease is up in the spring!!!!!!

Horrible experience,no class operation

I was at C&C ford one night last week to look for a pre owned vehicle as I entered the show room with my Daughter we were greeted by a chorus of laughter and an F note from the guys looking at a computer screen at the other end of the counter, one of them turned around and asked if I was being helped while the other sat there amused by what looked like from my angle women on the screen.. I asked for the rest room and was directed and the computer entertainment continued, I guess the use of four letter words are an acceptable way of speaking at C&C cause while my Daughter was in the ladies room there was another colorful conversation between a few guys in the office across from it..needless to say when my daughter was through we went out a side door to Fred Beans and purchased a vehicle. I just can't believe the experience I had what a total low class operation also imagine my surprise when I found out later that the managers are behind the counter.

Horrible Sales Service

Spoke twice to an internet sales rep to schedule an appointment to look at a used Maxima, drove 45 minutes to the dealership to be told that the car was sold a half hour before I got there. The salesman tried to blame it on miscommunication between the internet sales department and the sales people. When the papers were being signed for the sale, I should have been contacted on my cell to be informed the car was sold. The salesman was very difficult, uncooperative and not understanding of the inconvenience and did not try to rectify the situation. At the minimum, he could have least offered to pay the $3 toll. Totally wasted a night of car searching due to their incompetence.
