Great Service Center, TERRIBLE Service Manager.

onCurrently in Nissan Peruzzi and extremely disappointed in the service I just received. This service location has always been terrific and always gone above and beyond to assist me with my car needs. I have sent many people here through referrals because of how great the service that I receive here. After today, that will not happen again. I was in a week ago for an Inspection and I was not able to complete my emissions because my codes had been cleared. Not a big deal. I rescheduled a week later to come in, which my service manager said should take only a couple minutes. I come in today and right off the bat the manager is extremely rude to me. Tells me this is going to take a VERY long time. Then puts a paper in front of me ready to do a full inspection. I had already reiterated that I was only here for a follow up, which he ignored. I had him check it which he fumbled around doing. This surprised me because he has service awards/plaques all over his desk, so you would think he was good at his job. This is a great service center, but DO NOT use Joe Sullivan. He is terrible. Depending upon on today goes I may or may not come back. If I do come back, I will never use Joe Sullivan again. Extremely disappointed Peruzzi Nissan.
