Our Service Advisor, Syd Somes, provided amazing attention to detail and scheduling. Through a mix-up on our part, we brought our MB in without a reservation. Syd made immediate accommodations, provided a loaner vehicle, and kept us informed throughout the service period on when our vehicle would be available. All service was performed as indicated, no surprises, and a car wash included. We're more than happy,
