Awful buying experience.

onThe worst car buying experiences I have had.
I came in prepared with quotes from NADA, Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book and even an on line quote from thier Subaru site.
Southern Oregon Subaru in Medford's price was $2000 plus over MSRP for the features I wanted... claiming a 'Market Value Adjustment'.
The trade in price for my expensive vehicle was ridiculousouly low and they were reluctant to break down exactly what was the new vehicle price and the trade price.
There was a total disregard for my time, I was there for 6 hours negotiating. I tried to walk away several times but was manipulated into staying (they had my car keys).
I felt held hostage and being broken down into submission. Awful tactics.
I negotiated a price with options later to find that they were not included in the sale.
All the while being told that I was getting this incredible deal that I couldn't walk away from because they have put all this time in bending over backwards to get me this 'great deal'.
I feel like a sucker.
I hope I can enjoy this car without always thinking how abusive the process was and how much I was ripped off.
South Oregon Subaru will never get my business again.
