same people different name, still bad

on I brought my car in for a door latch repair and they damaged the door they were working on and won't fix it. Now I am going to be out of pocket to repair it myself. Bad service and no customer service skills in the whole service department. Same people you had from David Stanley and same attitude are still there apparently. Just changing the name doesn't improve the standards and make people care.
