onThe treatment by the Service Department was top-notch! Mr. Devers and Connie Lipscomb worked very hard to help me with a problem with my Escape. Even when Ford was unwilling to correct what I felt was a manufacturing defect, Interstate Ford helped considerably in reaching an acceptable conclusion. I appreciated the dealership extending a discount on my repair bill, despite the lack of assistance from Ford Motor Company. The car was repaired expertly and returned to me in spotless condition. I especially appreciated the service technician taking time with me to discuss the repair. Very pleased with the handling of my issue by Interstate Ford.
