onBeware Delaware, Oh!!! Chesrown will not honor their quotes that they provide you for Service work. For a company that has been in business for over 50+ years they are still trying to figure out how to run their quoting system. Sounds like Chesrown needs to do some internal training so their employee's understand how to run quotes for their Customers who rely on this information to make a decision about what service should be performed on their automobile.
When the Service Manager was confronted with this issue, he and Chesrown chose the bottom line over Customer loyalty. This act has cost Chesrown a Customer...No future oil changes, tire rotations or standard maintenance service work. If your in the Customer Service business, make sure you understand the word "Customer", it could cost you more that you think.
Beware of the quotes that Chesrown is handing out when you have service done at this Dealership.
