onAt 65000 miles, the engine of the car I purchased here needed to be replaced. The service department said it was due to a defect but, since it was no longer under warranty, they were not responsible for the defect. The manager told me that that's why warranties are only for 60000 miles, extremely inferior quality. I had to take my car to a different dealership for repair because I had moved and after my engine was replaced, the engine light came on the next day. When I took it back they said the turbo was bad. They gave me a ride to pick up a rental and made some appalling racist remarks on the drive there. I reached out to Ford corporate and they did nothing. They clearly don't stand behind their products and apparently condone racism.
