Jeff Schmitt Cadillac

Jeff Schmitt Cadillac (Beavercreek) continues to impress me with their friendly, professional, and very respectful staff. Yesterday, I went in to inquire about my inoperable 5 button keyless remote. My salesman, Blaine V. was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. However, Shanda (Service Manager) was very instrumental in resolving the issue and getting me on my way again. I have been totally impressed with the entire experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac: from my initial inquiries, our purchase experience and the continual maintenance care for our 2013 Cadillac XTS.
