Sales Dept is exceptional but the Service dept is one horrible experience

onWe purchased our GMC Acadia from this dealership a year ago. We took it to get service Oil Change and Rotate tires. They put the lug nuts on too tight and warped my rotors. So I had to take it back to complain. They took a half of day to do a job that was maybe an hours worth of work. The next time I brought it back the steering was making a whining noise and it was leaking freon. I had to send them a picture of where for them to be able to diagnose it. They fixed the tank that they said was leaking but then charges me $130 diagnostic fee for them to look at the steering. They are in the same area and when speaking to Service Manager he stated it was because they found nothing wrong with the steering and they have to pay their technicians. So why am I not the one that was paid for the $130 fee on the leaking freon? Don't even waste your time, they will just say nothing is wrong even when the car is still under warranty and charge you for looking at it. I would not recommend taking your Chevy to this dealership. They only want to make money not take care of their customer or their customers experience. Please choose another one like Hendrick. That is where I had to make my appointment to get the steering fixed.
