Don't like this service dept at all

This is one of the worst Toyota service departments Ive been to. So bad in fact that Ill start driving further to go to another dealer. Service Adviser Lou Simmet embodies the qualities that make so many people reluctant to go to a dealer service department: hes [non-permissible content removed], and does everything he can to inflate a bill regardless of whether or not a car needs the procedure hes pushing. He uses strong arm tactics to try to separate the customer from their money. Consequently Ive learned to avoid him, and therefore Toyota of North Charlotte, since he is their Service Manager.
