onReceived a automatic call by a very nice woman Meghan to set up an appointment for service. She said if I needed a loaner car it would take about a week and a half. I said fine and set up the appointment for 7:30 am. Upon arriving found aprox. 15 to 20 cars on a line in front of me. After waiting on line for 20 minutes line had not moved. At this point I left. I traded in a BMW for this Cadillac. When I went to BMW service, I showed up at the designated time and there was someone waiting there to greet me. They took me to the service desk and handed me the keys for the loaner. If it took 5 minutes it was a lot. This is what I call service. Atlantic should take a lesson on what service is, and have regard for their customers time. I will find another dealership to service my car, and if I purchase another Cadillac, I will buy it there also.
