Unethical and Unprofessional

onBought a Certified Pre Owned Chevy Corvette from this dealer. When I went to pick up the car I had just purchased, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes while they did their dealer preparation duties even though they knew exactly when I'd be arriving to pick up the car. When I later complained to the Sales Mgr about the unprofessional treatment, he said that since it was the end of the month, he felt they did a pretty good job getting me out so quickly!! Then, when the car was finally ready, I was only handed one key for the car. When I asked for the spare key, I was told because they only received one key when they purchased the car, that's all I'd be getting and that if I wanted a spare key, it would be my responsibility to buy one (estimated cost $175). When I said it was unethical to inform me on an after the fact basis that there was only one key, they said it was my error for not asking if there were two keys beforehand that I should not have assumed the car would come with a spare key. What a way to run a business!
