Brilliant technician

I had an oil change locally at a Firestone on sunrise and Bay Shore and the car came back extremely noisy. I went back to Firestone and they told me it was normal for my car. I went to the dealership and Nicolas Gasparro made a diagnostic of the issue and fixed it within 5 minutes. The oil change guys never closed the air filter box. What a gift to diagnose an issue within seconds just because Nicolas had the experience and skill set to understand the loud noise instantly. No more local service, but only the dealership from now on. Thanks, Nicolas for giving me back my sweet ride.
