1st Time Car Buyer - Luke Warm Service

onI bought my 2014 Nissan Versa Note from Suntrup Pre-Owned Nissan dealership and I would describe my experience as luke warm. The actual buying of the car went fine enough and I really felt like I was getting a good deal. I had some issues with communication with the sales team in trying to pick up my car a couple days later that resulted in my significant other having to call off work in order to bring me back to the dealership to pick up my car and an extremely unwarranted sarcastic comment from my salesperson. My frustration resulted in a phone call to a manager as I felt like the sales team wasn’t respecting my time or myself. Instead I spoke to a member of the finance team who said they would forward my concerns on to the manager and that I could expect a phone call from him after the weekend. Luckily, the manager got in touch the very next day and listened to my complaints. He was very understanding and assured me that my treatment was not the norm and that Mr. Suntrup wants to make sure his customers time is respected. If it weren’t for the general manager, Todd’s, professionalism and understanding, this review would have been very different. I would still recommend this dealership because they have a very large inventory and are priced fairly for used cars, I would just be extra critical of your sales person and their professionalism.
