Beware Slow Customer Service & Baited Pricing

on If i could rate -1 star in terms of a buying experience I would. Their “ Upfront Prices” is just a sales tactic to get you in the door. First they rely heavily on manufacturers rebates that all dealerships offers. They advertise these incentives knowing far well not everyone qualifies for them all and don’t disclose it until your ready to sign. They’re upfront pricing is at or slightly above invoice pricing to which if you negotiate you can get anywhere. They fact that they can’t help further knowing they have a holdback and or curtailment on a unit 30+ days on their lot means nothing. Also your just a number in a que. Better clear up a day if your buying here, took 6+ Hours 3 being awaiting on papers and financial alone. Also for a hassle-free experience they’re quite pushy in terms of extended warranty coverage. I know it’s all profit but after declining, questioning me as to why and then trying to convince me I am wrong. After it was all said and done they asked if I wouldn’t mind giving them 10s on a Chrysler Customer Service Survey because it reflects into their organization. When I questioned what prompted them as to why I’d give them a 10, they tried to be buddy buddy asking what I needed to make it happen. When I asked for a little help thoughtful the process or not to drag it out. None was shown to me. So I’ll gladly repay.
