Walser Honda

I saw a used vehicle I was extremely interested in but seeing I live 45 minutes from the dealership I called about a its availability and overall condition. Their rep told me it was available and that he would go out and video the vehicle and send me the video shortly. Hours later I still had not received anything so I spoke to another rep who said he would follow up and to his credit, he did get back to me informing me it was just in the process of being sold. My beef is lack of follow up and doing what you say you are going to do. If the original contact would have followed thru and I liked what I saw, I would have gone directly to the dealership to make the purchase. Since he didn’t, I lost out on a vehicle I have been searching for quite a while. Poor or misleading communication seems to be a general theme with many of the comments left on this dealership which makes me hesitant to do business with them in the future.
