Poor Service Department

onBe very careful. I recently took my new truck in for service. The service 'manager' completely disregarded my concern before they even looked at the truck. With some coaxing they agreed to look at it....I knew before I left it would be a waste of time, and....surprise, surprise they found nothing wrong. Yet, they provided me documentation of the service assessment that DID find a problem, they just chose to ignore it. When I raised my concern, they did not respond to the technical questions, but rather punted the issue to the 'customer relations' department, to evaluate my customer experience. Frankly, it was a terrible customer experience and the issue with my truck was never addressed. I would steer clear of the service department at this dealership.
