Stephen Poulin is the consummate professional who knows his craft, acts professionally and is both mentally and physically fit as a salesman. While his energy is refreshing, Stephen does not take it overboard, as many salespeople do, and try to rush you into a purchase. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with Stephen going through the buying process, working the numbers and finally, getting the vehicle. He expertly coordinated the transport and handoff of the vehicle at our town hall to finalize the registration. We never felt left hanging at any time during the entire process because Stephen constantly communicated with us. Whenever he received updates, he informed us immediately. Whenever I had a question, he answered it immediately, regardless of the time of day.
