If arrogance turns you on...
We returned to ATL to purchase another car in November. ATL low balled at 2K for the trade and were indifferent. We moved on. ATL contacts us a month later asking about coming back. I remind ATL that their trade offer was 2K below three other offers. I tell them that we even have a trade offer for $6,347 in writing. ATL can't let it be, contact me again, and has the arrogance to suggest that I'm lying. I challenge ATL to make a bet. ATL is betting I don't have a written offer, when I present it, I collect a new loaded Prius. No big surprise that I haven't heard back! If you enjoy a lack of effort and professionalism and trade offers 50% below Kelly Blue Book and Edmonds then your going to love these guys. You have to go to Washington DC now days to match the arrogance and contempt for the public that these [non-permissible content removed] exhibit. I guess they all bought the slogan in their sales training that "toyotas sell themselves". Good luck with that.

An excellent buying experience
A business associate recommended that I visit Acton Toyota during my hunt for a 2016 RAV4. Even though there are five Toyota dealers closer to home, I did this, to my considerable benefit. Here is what I experienced: -- A reply to my email inquiry within about an hour. -- An excellent price. -- the exact vehicle I wanted. -- an easy financing process, and a very good rate (obviously rates can vary with the economy and your credit) -- Friendly help throughout the process from Wellington Pereira (initial contact), Keith Mobley (financing), and Chris Johnson, the sales person who pulled everything together. If you are in the market for a Toyota, give Chris a shout! -- No surprises; no bait-and-switch; no pressure. -- Great service from Steve, who came to Nashua to register the vehicle the day after I completed the purchase. -- In-Person delivery, the day after that, by a courteous 2-person team from Acton Toyota. (Note: A New Hampshire resident can buy from a Massachusetts dealer and pay no sales tax, but the vehicle must be delivered to NH by the dealer. This is no problem for Acton Toyota). I found the car I was looking for via an online listing and took a ride up to see it. I live just over an hour away from the location but it was exactly the car I wanted. Bob (my sales consultant) provided me with as much background on the vehicle as possible which I found very helpful in my decision. I was able to drive the car but wasn't ready to make a commitment. Bob followed up with me but in no was was it a push follow up. I then proceeded to compare 2 cars with lower mileage. What I quickly found was the experience I had at these other dealerships was not what made me comfortable. There was a lot of, "what price do we need to be at in order to make this deal today", or, "oh, that car is $1000 more if you don't finance with us." It seemed to be a lot of games. What I kept coming back to was my experience with the first car and with Bob. Immediately after leaving the second dealership I called Bob. The car was still available and we were able to get things started right over the phone. I actually had 2 trade-in's. The first came in right on target but the second was a little lower than I expected. However, they did share with me the auction reports which showed what the cars were selling for at Auction (I was not trading in a $20,000 car, it was an auction car) which showed that they were truly right in the ballpark. Showed up to pick up the car and it was nicely cleaned and ready to go. A little paperwork and I was back on the road. It was truly a refreshing experience. Not every answer was exactly what I wanted but each one was supported with solid reasoning. In the end, I got the car I wanted for very close to what I wanted to spend. But more importantly, I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Finding a new (to me/you) vehicle should not be a stressful event but one that can be enjoyed. It's exciting. And thanks to Bob and the rest of the staff I had that experience.

Steve Kiviat is, bar none, the best sales person I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. He is just such a friendly, caring person. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. He's not interested in only making the sale, or selling the most expensive car, he wants to do what's best for his customer. It's why he's been doing this so long and has such a loyal following! He also works for a great dealership that just does it right, all the way through. If you need a car, trust me, call Steve Kiviat at Acton Toyota of Littleton.
Usual fine service
Atlhough we didn't purchase the car from this dealer (high mileage), we were treated extremely well and given a full evaluation of the vehicle. Only the limited selection at the time and the availability of a similar vehicle with half the mileage caused us to purchase elsewhere.

I went in for an oil change and sticker and walked away with a quote for 5 thousand worth of work that NEEDED to be done. Big surprise that they wanted me to replace the bearings on the front end of my truck, mind you they are only a few months old. When I called the Service Director he came up with a ton of crap but no actual reason as to why they tried to screw me over. This is a DISHONEST dealership who will try and screw you DO NOT USE THEM.
Dennis was great to work with. He was honest and up front with all of my questions. He was also patient and didn't make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. I didn't feel pressured, and actually felt good about purchasing a minivan, as much as I went in there with the opposite opinion about minivans!!!
I live in NY and found my Tundra Limited online. Brian Doney and Frank Mazzeo went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information necessary to purchase my truck without even going to see it. Brian sent numerous pictures, answered all my questions and returned all my calls promptly. Frank provided a concierge level of service when it came to securing financing and arranging for delivery to my local address in NY. They even took care of registering the truck for me so I didn't have to set foot in the NYS DMV. I would highly recommend the guys at Acton Toyota. Great experience. Very happy with my new Tundra.

Great Stress-Free Experience

Professionalism and Competence at its very Best
Stephen Poulin is the consummate professional who knows his craft, acts professionally and is both mentally and physically fit as a salesman. While his energy is refreshing, Stephen does not take it overboard, as many salespeople do, and try to rush you into a purchase. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with Stephen going through the buying process, working the numbers and finally, getting the vehicle. He expertly coordinated the transport and handoff of the vehicle at our town hall to finalize the registration. We never felt left hanging at any time during the entire process because Stephen constantly communicated with us. Whenever he received updates, he informed us immediately. Whenever I had a question, he answered it immediately, regardless of the time of day. Stephen Poulin has a bright future with Toyota as a sales manager, or in positions of greater responsibility with Acton Toyota, the Toyota Corporation, or any company for that matter. It was a pleasure doing business with Stephen, and I will recommend any friends in the hunt for a vehicle to see him. He's that good.
Great Experience Overall
The sales rep I worked with was Brian Donney. He was patient, understanding and a very good listener to what my needs/expectations were. He found the perfect car for me in a relatively short period of time - mostly because he listened to what I wanted/needed in a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Chevy Equinox - a car I hadn't even thought of originally, but because he really listened to what I was saying, it was a painless and really fun experience. He wasn't too pushy, as some salesmen can be, and he actually ended up selling a second car to my sister, who came along for the ride. It was a great experience overall and I'm thrilled with my Equinox. Thank you Brian!
A great buying experience
After a bad experience at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn, I never thought I would drive a Toyota again or even consider buying a Toyota again. That all changed at Acton Toyota. I brought my 2007 RAV4 in for some maintenance and walked out a few hours later in a new 2014.5 Camry SE. It is all because Mr. Steve J sparked up a conversation with my husband while he was waiting for me in the showroom. Steve was able to answer any question we had regarding any Toyota model. He is very polite and down to earth. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. When I picked up my new car Steve went over every button and function of the car. If you need a great salesperson, ask for Steve. I will be contacting Steve again when it is time for a new vehicle.
Top Notch Service
I had purchased a certified 2011 Highlander Limited and was 99% satisfied. The only issue was the tailgate occasionally did not latch completely closed. I brought it to another Toyota dealership, as Acton Toyota was an hour away and I thought it was a simple fix. This other dealership told me the parts and labor were not covered, and that the fix would be over $1,000.00 I then called Acton Toyota. They provided me with a 2014 loaner while they fixed the problem. They had to replace the entire liftgate and assembly, and paint it my color. The fix was perfect. My total bill was $0.00. They were fast, courteous, and dis not cut corners or nickel and dime. My only regret is they are not closer!
Finally a pleasant car-buying experience!
The whole process of buying a car here was very pleasant and went smoothly. Bob was responsive to emails before I went in, and was friendly and helpful when I arrived. He had me take the car for a test drive on my own, a practice I've found to be more rare than it should be. This let me really focus on the car, not on the potential awkwardness of driving around with a salesman. When I returned, Bob continued to be genuinely nice and did not put any pressure on me. Negotiations were very relaxed and quick. The cars here are priced well, so there's really no need for lots of back-and-forth. Even so, they were willing to negotiate a little bit to get closer to my target number. This was not the high-pressure environment that I've come to expect at dealerships so, much like the test drive, I felt like I was able to focus and think clearly about what I wanted to do as we talked numbers/financing/etc. They also did not ignore me and just talk to my husband, as has happened at other places. I really feel like my experience would have been just as positive if I went by myself, which says a lot about this dealership. We settled on the final numbers after 7pm that night, and I drove the car off the lot before 2pm the next day. Bob was wonderful throughout the process and Frank was just as nice and helpful as he completed all of the paperwork with us. Bonus points to this dealership for letting our four-legged baby join us inside. =)

I would like to commend the entire staff, and specifically Mike W for their knowledge, positive attitude, and professionalism, which made buying a new car a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Vehicle Purchase Experience
I recently purchased a brand new Tacoma from Acton Toyota. My experience was extremely positive. Vann was very helpful in identifying vehicles (both new and used) that fit my needs. I was never pressured into purchasing a vehicle that I didn't want, Vann was very responsive to my all of my inquiries whether it was answering vehicle specific questions or scheduling test drives. Finally and most importantly, I feel that I got my Tacoma at a great price and I didn't have to haggle to get it. I would recommend Acton Toyota to anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Recent purchase of certified preowned toyota
We are extremely pleased with our purchase of a 2012 certified preowned toyota Rav 4. This was our first time researching vehicles on the internet and had never heard of Acton toyota as we live south of Boston. We soon noticed the abundance of positive reviews of Acton toyota and our experience with the staff at Acton confirmed this. Mike W was prompt in his response to our internet inquiry and answered all of our questions (including the best possible price) in a very straightforward manner. His sales approach was refreshingly without pressure and it was evident that he had extensive knowledge of Rav 4's. Steve Sousa was equally informative, helpful and knowledgable as we finalized the financing. Everyone with whom we interacted at the dealership (especially Julie A in the reception area) was friendly and most helpful. We were impressed with the service department's preparation of the vehicle which looks brand new. We recommend Mike, Steve and Acton toyota without hesitation. We will definitely be back when we are ready to buy again.
Best and easiest experience EVER!
I came into Acton Toyota on a whim while driving back from a not-so-great used car dealership that was incredibly disappointing. When I got to Acton, I was completely taken aback by the high level of customer service, environment, and friendliness of the employees! The car I had e-mailed Jessica S. about was ALREADY in the front of the dealership ready for me to test drive, and let me say, she knew EVERYTHING I was asking about the car! This is the first car I have ever bought and was hesitating because I was always nervous over too-pushy sales people and being locked or pushed into something I was interested or ready for. Jessica made all of those fears and worries disappear and truly provided me with the BEST car buying experience!
