I have brought my 07 truck in on two occasions since I got it new last year. The first was for the emergency brake cable which got snagged on something in the first week I had it. They gave me a ride to work, and replaced the cable at no cost to me. The second was for the first scheduled service. Their facility is very comfortable (tv, recliners, cofee, etc.), and they got it done when they said they would. They were very pleasant and professional.
