onOk so I don't really rant on here about a business problem because we all have bad days. With that being said. Rodman Ford in Foxboro need help on what customer service is. I bought a new car there a year and a half ago and I had a awesome experience with salesmen Dave was great.
Fast forward to first oil change take the car in and it comes out with a small scratch.... within 20 minutes i call the service department and say hey you scratched my car ... Expecting a hard time they say ok sorry bring it back and we will fix it no problem. I bring it back they put a little paint over the unwashed car and say your all set. I wasn't having it I had to argue for them to do it right.
Thinking I was all done with the drama I go in to get my steering wheel looked at because it was peeling. I had a appointment and it took over a hour to get the car in side to take a picture I was irritated. Then a month later I got a call hey are you going to pick up your steering wheel? Well no one called me to let me know it was there. I get a appointment and have it installed quickly as i was leaving the service writer says " you will get a survey and if you don't have something good to say don't say anything ". I wrote this on the survey and a few days later get a voice mail saying we will do anything to change your mind about us we will detail your car free oil changes you tell us what you want.
I ignore the call because I just want someone to know how I felt about the lack of service. So now its time for another oil change and they now won't service my car until they take pictures of it because I am " trying to get something for free " they say I lied about the first scratch and that I am out to get them. So now I cant get the service I paid for in advance. They have zero respect for people. I would not recommend there service department to my worst enemy.
