Dishonest Service Department

onThe service department was totally incompetent.
I only needed a replacement key and I was there over 1 hour.
The price quoted to me was $150 which was outrageous.
When the bill came, the price was $290.
I did not accept the key.
I asked for the manager who obviously does not believe in the adage that the "customer is always right."
I should have known better than to use this dealer.
In the past I had them do an oil change which should take an hour at the most.
They could not complete the oil change because they did not have the correct filter, which was not noticed until they started.
They had to provide me with a loaner vehicle that smelled of smoke.
I ended up getting my vehicle back 3 days later.
When you walk into the dealer or service department it is clear from the facilities that they are not about quality.
I do not normally write reviews, but the service was so poor that I felt compelled to do so.

We strive to provide our guests with excellent customer service and we regret you did not experience that standard of service during your visit.
