No idea what they are doing

onI have gone to Acura at Oxmoor twice and if I ever have to go back it will be too soon.
Once to replace the original battery which had gone bad.
They did not replace or even give me a credit.
It was within the 10 year allotted time frame, and I argued with them for about 30 minutes before I got frustrated enough to leave.
Oh, and this was AFTER I called and they said they would replace it and to just come on in AND THEN drove 20 miles there.
Next time I call to see if I can get a new key made.
"Yes, its about 100 dollars."
I need a key fob too.
"Thats about another hundred."
Ok, fine.
I go in, but they neglected to tell me the key and the fob are yes $200, but its another $250 to program them!
At least tell me beforehand [non-permissible content removed].
I did not buy my Acura from them and probably will never purchase another Acura BECAUSE of them, which is sad because I love my 05 TL.
